Healthy Habits Coaching Group (Held online via Zoom.com),

(10 person limit for all virtual coaching groups so we can keep them interactive):

NOTE: **Coaching application must be filled out and accepted before initiation of any coaching services. A special participation agreement must be filled out prior to participating in group coaching.  *Special arrangements can be requested of your coach concerning payment(s).

Coaching Services

Coaching (1:1), Leadership Development & Training, Health & Wellness Coaching, & Customized Programs.

All coaching has the option of being done 1:1 or in a group setting and may be done face-to-face or virtually via Zoom.

Coaching services are provided to adults only, 18+ years old.

All coaching services and packages may be offered as the following options as well as customized for each individual:

Option 1: 2 coaching sessions of 1/2 hour duration every two weeks or 1 session of 1 hour once/month.
Option 2: 2 coaching sessions of 1 hour duration every two weeks or 1 session of 1 hour once per month.

NOTE: **A Coaching Application must be filled out before initiation of any coaching services. Please click on the Coaching Application tab in the menu at the top of this page to fill it out.
